Davello LLC (“Davello,” “we,” or “us”) builds and operates branded mobile apps for independent shops. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information on davello.io and in the shop apps we host. It applies to Davello as the platform operator, not to any one shop by name.

Information you give us

On our website, if you request a preview or contact us, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email, shop name, and city.

In a Davello-powered shop app, you may provide:

Phone number — used to create or sign in to your account. We send a one-time SMS code so we can confirm you own that number.
Name and email — contact details for your profile, receipts, and order-related communication.
Order and loyalty information — items you order and rewards activity associated with your account.

Text messages (SMS)

When you enter your phone number in a shop app and request a code, you agree to receive automated SMS messages from Davello for account verification and sign-in. Typical frequency is one message per sign-in or resend. Message and data rates may apply.

We use your phone number only to send those verification messages and to operate your account (including looking up a shop’s own loyalty program when that shop uses one). We do not sell your phone number. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use SMS login consent to send promotional texts.

You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP to a message we sent. Reply HELP for help. You can also email admin@davello.io. Opting out of SMS means you will not be able to sign in with a text code until you opt back in.

SMS is delivered by our messaging provider, Twilio, which processes your number only to send the message you requested.

Information collected automatically

Our website may use cookies and similar tools (including Google Analytics and Google Ads) to understand how visitors find and use our pages. Shop apps may collect device type, app version, and a push-notification token if you enable notifications.

How we use your information

To create and secure your account, including sending SMS one-time codes.
To fulfill orders and operate rewards for the shop whose app you are using.
To respond to website preview or contact requests.
To operate, measure, and improve our website and apps.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with providers that help us operate, and only as needed:

Supabase — authentication and application database.
Twilio — SMS delivery for verification codes.
Stripe or Square — payments, when a shop uses them. We do not store full card numbers.
The shop whose app you use — so they can fulfill your order and run their loyalty program.
Resend, Vercel, and Google — email, hosting, and website analytics/advertising on davello.io.

Retention and your choices

We keep account and order information as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations, unless you ask us to delete it. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing admin@davello.io. Website visitors can control cookies in their browser and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out add-on.
